- Implementing the rental floor system, the floor is covered with 100% recyclable carpet tiles.
- No-wax type cleaner is used for floor maintenance, keeping wastewater at a minimum.
- The carpet tiles are anti-dirt and antibacterial coated, keeping the hostel hygienic and comfortable at all times.
- Artwork submitted by children from all over the world is displayed in the "Dreams and Treasures" exhibition.
