How can I make a reservation?

Reservation can be made by letter, phone (7am - 11pm) or fax (24 hours), or through this web site.

Is there a charge for children?

Children under 6 are free of charge if an extra bed is not required. An extra bed is 2,000yen. Ages 6-14 are charged 2,000yen. Ages 15-17 and members are charged 3,360yen. Ages 18 and over are charged 3,860yen.

When should I make a reservation?

Reservations by letter are accepted up to 3 months in advance. Please send a stamped envelope. Reservations by E-mail, fax, or phone are accepted up to 2 months in advance.

When should I pay for my accommodation?

At check-in.

Can I use credit cards or travelers' checks?

We accept most credit cards, but do not accept travelers' checks.

What should I do when I need to cancel or correct my reservation?

Any cancellation or correction to a reservation should be made at least one week prior to check-in.

Are there any single, twin (double) or triple rooms in your hostel?

No. There are no private rooms in our Hostel. Individual guests stay in shared room. Rooms are separated by gender. Families may stay together.

Can families and groups stay at the hostel?

Families and groups are welcome. Please contact us for arrangements in advance. Japanese tatami rooms are available for groups and families of 4-6 people.

Can I leave my baggage at your Hostel before check-in?

Yes.

Is there any cancellation fee?

We charge you 10% of the accommodation fee when you make a cancellation in 2 to 6 days advance. 20% for the day before and 70% on the day.
